WHY WE SLD NEVER DRINK COLD? NEDEN SOGUK ICMEMELIYIZ YADA DUS YAPMAMALIYIZ OZELLIKLE HAREKETTEN SONRA!

My Thai Chi teacher is 76/a man very very fit...His wife was an athlete 100/200 metres in Hong Kong and had many madallions. She is 66 now. She is in wheelchair, she cant walk far and she comes to Thai Chi class with her husband each time we had class. He always told her not to drink cold after her sport, but her British coach did not believe these myths and allowed all the team to have cold drinks after training. She tells us that all her team that she has contact with now have some kind of movement problems with bone/joint disorder. This cold/hot issue comes from  very old blended with Chinese medicine and Taoism. Most Chinese know this and in China you dont get much bone disease. Its about CHI energy. When body is warm and opens up the pores, it tries to balance he temperature with outside temp. But if you put cold shower or cold drink the body get in shock and starts to close up all the pores. while closing down pores, it absorbs the bad humid CHI from outside and lock it in bones. If you keep doing this body starts to protect itself and creates some kind of calcification which later turn into Rheumatism or similar disease.
