London Transport Way of Stealing from passengers

If you don't touch on one side of London Underground station TFL charges you £7.50.

Then you go to staff and want to tell them...But you can not..You need to call Oyster line...

After a long waiting to solve the issue, you are given two choises: 1) Spend another hour to create an online account for refund to be sent. 2) Choose a station from London underground to touch oyster in 8 days for a refund.

People don't have time to run after few pounds each time London transport takes money out of their oyster card, Many times people don't even notice. When they want to give the money back to your oyster they want you to create an online account after being on the phone for almost an hour. If you still have time and energy after talking to them for so long, you go ahead and create online account. If you don't have time and energy money goes to London Transport. (imagine how many of us leave it for less hussle). If you opt out of online account because you don't have time, they will refund what they owe you on your oyster which you need to touch from the station you prefer in 8 days. If you forget or don't use the station you have told them, money stays with London transport. Very clever way to steal from people without giving genuine solutions to the problem..
